Please read this document carefully before accessing or
using the site. By accessing or using the site, you hereby
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth
below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and
conditions, you may not access or use the site.
OTRATTW and Leapfrog Studios may modify this agreement at
any time and without any notice, verbal or written.
OTRATTW and Leapfrog Studios Liability
OTRATTW and Leapfrog Studios will accept no responsibility
for any damages, either directly or indirectly resulted from
the use or inability to use this website. You use this site
at your own risk. No warranties, expressed or implied, with
regard to any merchandise information on the internet, and
OTRATTW/Leapfrog Studios shall not be liable for any pricing
errors, or any cost or damage arising either directly or
indirectly from any such transaction. It is solely your
responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of the information
supplied on this website
OTRATTW and Leapfrog Studios
takes no responsibility for
damage, accidents, or injuries resulting from the
installation of any product we sell, either through this
website or in person. Care should be taken to ensure
that you, the vehicle or equipment's owner, and your
professional installer have properly fused, wired, and
relayed your accessories per the manufacturer's
instructions.
Misprints
OTRATTW and Leapfrog Studios are not responsible or
obligated to honor any price or quantity misprint on the
Site. Errors can and do occur despite best efforts to avoid
them. Prices, quantities and terms listed on the Site are
advertisements only. They are not offers to contract. Any
orders made by you on the Site remain subject to review and
acceptance by OTRATTW/Leapfrog Studios.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and
American Express. eChecks are accepted but must clear the bank before we will ship your order.
If you do not wish to complete your
order through PayPal, indicate Phone on the order at
checkout and call us with your credit card information.
If you do not contact us within 48 hours, your order will be
canceled and items returned to stock.
Merchandise Damaged or Lost
We are not responsible for any packages once they have been delivered to USPS or UPS. Insurance is
available and recommended. Please file a prompt claim
with them. We are here to assist you in the documentation of
a claim if necessary.
Merchandise Returns
The following procedures must be followed for merchandise
returns.
- We offer a 10 day money back guarantee.
Merchandise must be in new condition and unopened.
Any merchandise that has been wired (female disconnects attached to the terminals), installed, modified, or damaged by
the customer or installer is not legible for a
refund.
- Custom laser etched rockers are not returnable under any circumstances. If you have any questions regarding text, symbols,
or switch and/or rocker dimensions for fitting into your vehicle prior to ordering, call us. A credit card or deposit will be required
when the order is taken.
- All returns require pre-authorization. A
Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number will
be assigned and it must appear on the shipping
package. Special order items are not eligible for
return unless proven to be defective.
- Merchandise returned must be in the original
packaging and protected from damage in transit. Your
claim could be delayed substantially if further
damage is incurred during shipment back to us.
- Returns for reasons other than warranty will
be assessed at a 30% restocking charge, no exceptions.
These returns, once approved, must be freight
prepaid to OTRATTW/Leapfrog Studios unless otherwise
specified. Items returned freight COD will be refused. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
under any circumstances.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless
OTRATTW/Leapfrog Studios, its entire staff, suppliers,
distributors, and any third party information providers from
and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any
violation of this Agreement, including negligent or wrongful
conduct by you or any other person accessing this website.

CONTURA V ROCKERS
Please allow 3 to 4 business days (weekends and holidays not included) for laser etch rockers orders to be completed. Custom orders require a minimum of 7 business days. Custom rockers are not returnable under any circumstances. This includes any graphic and/or text changes.
IMPORTANT REMAINDER
OTRATTW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance is available at checkout and is recommended.
